Comprehensive security protection across all scenarios
Tabletop Safety Protection: The edges are rounded and polished, free of sharp edges or burrs, preventing scratches during operation; the tabletop has pre-drilled holes for splash guard installation, allowing for the addition of a stainless steel splash guard to prevent welding spatter from burning operators;
Electrical Safety Protection: Standard configuration includes an independent grounding terminal with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω, preventing static electricity during stainless steel welding, protecting both the welding equipment (TIG welder/laser welder) and preventing electrostatic discharge from damaging precision stainless steel electronic components;

Practical tips for workshop use
After each use, wipe the locating pins/locking bolts clean and apply stainless steel-specific anti-rust oil. The holes should be cleaned weekly using a dedicated cleaning needle.
The fixture's movable joints should be lubricated monthly with silicone-free lubricating oil to prevent seizing and to avoid affecting the quality of the stainless steel welding surface.
The work surface should be calibrated monthly using a 0.02mm precision level. If the deviation exceeds ±0.1mm/m, fine-tune it using the adjustable feet at the bottom, making small adjustments slowly and carefully.
If slight rust spots appear on the work surface, lightly sand them with 2000-grit wet sandpaper, then spray with a nitriding layer repair agent to prevent the rust from spreading.
After welding heavy workpieces, promptly check if the holes on the work surface are deformed. If seizing occurs, lightly repair them with a 16mm dedicated reamer. Do not force the locating pins into the holes.
