Material and Metallurgy: The core work surface is made of X8.7 tool steel / S355J2+N structural steel, with sulfur and phosphorus content ≤0.035%, using hot rolling + cold rolling composite rolling. The metallographic structure is uniform, preventing high-temperature cracking during welding.

Heat Treatment Process: Overall quenching + low-temperature tempering + plasma nitriding. The nitriding layer depth is 0.15-0.3mm, improving surface hardness and resistance to thermal deformation. No warping occurs under localized high temperatures (≤800℃) during welding.

Precision Machining: Five-sided CNC gantry milling in a single clamping operation. Flatness/perpendicularity tolerance ≤0.02mm/m. Full-size inspection using a coordinate measuring machine. Grid hole position tolerance ≤±0.01mm.

Anti-stick and Anti-corrosion Coating: After nitriding, a BAR anti-stick coating is applied, with a thickness of 0.01mm, preventing welding slag adhesion and providing corrosion resistance, protecting the workpiece and the work surface accuracy.

Core Certifications: CE certification (EU Machinery Directive), ISO 9001, DIN standards, RoHS environmental certification. Test reports are available for export.
