Thickness: Tabletop thickness ≥10mm, ensuring load-bearing stability and preventing deformation from high welding temperatures.
Support and Lifting Structure
Uses an X-shaped scissor lift mechanism (hydraulic/manual lifting), with a tabletop height adjustment range typically from 28"–42" (approximately 711mm–1067mm), suitable for operators of different heights.
The scissor arms are welded from thickened steel to ensure structural strength during lifting.
Mobility System
Equipped with 4 heavy-duty swivel casters (approximately 3"–4" in diameter), two of which have brakes, allowing for quick movement and locking in place. The casters are made of polyurethane (wear-resistant, quiet, and suitable for workshop floors).
Some models include a folding tow bar for convenient short-distance towing.

Tabletop: Wrapped in PE waterproof film + pearl cotton corner protectors (all 4 corners covered) + wrapped in thickened bubble wrap (thickness ≥ 0.1mm)
Lifting bracket: Wrapped in non-woven fabric + key hinge points secured with foam blocks + wrapped in plastic film
Casters: Individually packaged in PE bags + secured with foam slots (in the same box as the bracket)
Total weight of 4 casters: approximately 2kg
Accessory pack: Screws, wrench, instruction manual, etc., are placed in a waterproof PE bag, labeled with the model number, and secured inside the bracket box.
