The L-type welding positioner is a specialized welding auxiliary device designed for optimal workpiece positioning. Its mechanical structure resembles the letter "L" and consists of a horizontal worktable and vertical support frame, belonging to the dual-axis positioner category. Through coordinated movement of its two rotating axes, it flips and rotates workpieces to optimal welding positions, significantly improving welding quality and efficiency.
Working Principle
Through combined motion of two degrees of freedom (large rotation and small rotation), the workpiece achieves omnidirectional rotation in space.
