The D28 series welding table system, with its modular top and sturdy base, is a heavy-duty, flexible welding fixture system based on a φ28mm standard hole grid as the core positioning reference. Designed for high-precision, multi-variety, and large-volume welding scenarios in heavy steel structures, construction machinery, rail transit, and automotive frames. It combines four core advantages: positioning accuracy, heavy-duty load capacity, rapid changeover, and multi-unit expandability.

Modular Countertop Design Features
Rib Plate Optimization: Cast iron tabletop features integrally cast grid-like rib plate with 100×100mm spacing. Steel tabletop uses fully welded 8mm thick longitudinal and transverse rib plates with stress-dispersing grooves for thermal deformation ≤0.1mm/m.
Quick-Release Connection: Tabletop and base connected using 6 sets of eccentric quick-release buckles + 4 precision tapered locating pins. Stainless steel buckles prevent rust, single-person operation with changeover time ≤10 minutes, positioning deviation ≤0.03mm.
Hole Grid Protection: All φ28mm positioning holes include removable anti-rust rubber plugs. Hole openings feature R3mm radius chamfer and countersink to prevent wear and welding slag accumulation.
Edge Protection: CNC chamfered and rounded edges eliminate sharp corners, preventing operator injury and deformation during equipment movement.
Fixture and Tooling Compatibility
D28/System 28 Compatibility: φ28mm hole pattern conforms to international System 28 standard, compatible with D28 series fixtures from major global brands, reducing custom tooling costs.
Multi-Specification Workpiece Compatibility: 50/100mm metric equidistant grid with optional 4"×4" imperial grid. Multiple tables can be joined to accommodate workpieces from small precision parts (≥300mm) to extra-large heavy parts (≤10m).
Dedicated Tooling Compatibility: Reserved T-slot/elongated hole customization interfaces for machining T-slots, elongated holes, and threaded holes to accommodate special and irregularly shaped workpieces.
Operating Environment Adaptability
Temperature Range: Operating temperature -20℃ to +60℃, suitable for industrial workshops in different climate zones including cold and tropical regions.
Humidity/Corrosion Resistance: Basic model IP54 rust-proof rating, galvanized/powder-coated models reach IP55. Suitable for high-humidity workshops (≤90% RH non-condensing), coastal salt spray environments, and machining workshops with slightly corrosive media.
Ground Compatibility: Adjustable legs with 50-250mm range, leveling accuracy ≤0.05mm/m. Suitable for concrete floors, epoxy floors, and slightly uneven floors (flatness ≤1mm/m).
Simplified Maintenance Design
Tabletop Maintenance: Nitrided/hardened surface makes weld spatter easy to clean with plastic scraper and lint-free cloth. Weld spatter inside holes cleaned with high-pressure air gun and φ28mm spiral slag remover (1 minute per hole).
Base Maintenance: Powder-coated/galvanized frame with no dead corners. Clean with cloth and high-pressure air gun. Integrated air/electrical circuit channel with removable cover plate for easy internal cleaning and pipeline maintenance.
Support System Maintenance: Sealed double-row ball bearings require no frequent lubrication (monthly high-temperature grease application). Rust-proofed support leg screws require weekly wiping and light mechanical lubricating oil for smooth adjustment.
