The D28 3D Adjustable High-Load Industrial Welding Workstation is a modular three-dimensional flexible welding platform designed for heavy-duty/precision welding applications (D28 = 28mm standard positioning holes). It integrates three-dimensional adjustability of height, angle, and position, high rigidity and load-bearing capacity, quick clamping, and adaptability to multiple scenarios. It replaces traditional dedicated fixtures, achieving "multi-purpose use, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement," and is widely used in engineering machinery, steel structures, sheet metal fabrication, automotive parts, automated welding production lines, and other fields.

X/Y/Z Precise Positioning: 28mm standard holes + locating pins enable rapid three-dimensional coordinate positioning of workpieces, with a repeatability accuracy of ±0.05mm. Heavy-duty cast iron/steel plate + reinforced rib structure provides a table surface with a torsional strength of ≥300MPa, ensuring no warping or deformation during long-term use and guaranteeing consistent welding accuracy.
Load-bearing base + adjustable support feet adapt to uneven workshop floors, ensuring the workbench is level and preventing welding defects caused by workpiece displacement.
