Export packaging design

Tabletop Packaging:
1. Tabletop Top and Bottom Surfaces and Sides: Covered with 2 layers of PE protective film (outer layer is anti-scratch electrostatic film, inner layer is moisture-proof film), secured with tape at the edges to prevent detachment during transportation.
2. Positioning Holes: Inserted with custom-made silicone plugs (for 16mm diameter holes) to prevent dust and debris from entering and to protect the hole walls from impact.
3. Corner Protection: Equipped with thickened hard plastic corner protectors (covering all 8 corners), and secured with strapping tape in a cross pattern to prevent corner collision and deformation.
4. Tabletop Bottom: Padded with 20mm thick EVA foam board (custom size, perfectly fitting the bottom of the tabletop) to absorb vertical impact.
5. Tabletop Sides: Surrounded by 50mm thick high-density foam strips to fill the gap between the tabletop and the outer box, preventing horizontal movement.

Accessory Packaging:
1. Fixture Classification: The 104 fixtures are classified into 3 categories according to their function: positioning (positioning pins, positioning blocks), clamping (quick clamps, bolts and nuts), and support (support feet, support columns) to avoid mixing and collision.
2. Individual Protection:
(1) Metal precision parts (positioning pins, bolts and nuts): Individually packed in anti-static PE bags, then placed in custom-made EVA slots (molded according to the shape of the accessories for precise fixing and to prevent shaking).
(2) Larger accessories (quick clamps, support columns): Individually wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with tape at both ends.
(3) Small parts (nuts, washers): Packed in sealed plastic boxes and the quantity is marked.
