Working Process:
The suction arm precisely targets the pollution source, and the fan generates negative pressure to draw in dust-laden air.
A spark arrester intercepts sparks, coarse dust is pre-separated in the settling chamber, and fine dust is captured by the filter element.
The automatic pulse back-flushing dust cleaning system activates periodically/at a set pressure, cleaning dust from the filter surface into the dust collection drawer without requiring system shutdown.
Clean air is filtered through a HEPA/nanofiber filter (0.3μm efficiency ≥99.97%) before being discharged, meeting emission standards.
