The Accurate D16 Modular 3D Welding Table is purpose-built for compact-scale high-precision frame assembly jobs. Adopting D16 smaller-diameter hole grid system, this 3-sided modular platform delivers dense reference points for small-to-medium sized metal frames. Each hole undergoes strict CNC machining to guarantee tight positional tolerance and full accessory interchangeability.
Compared with D28 systems, the D16 grid offers denser locating points for fine-size workpieces, enabling more flexible fixture arrangement on narrow frame sections. It effectively cuts manual measuring errors and improves geometric consistency for prototype frames, small-batch custom frames and light-duty serial frame production.

D16 table is more suitable for small-to-medium compact frames and thin-section components which need dense fixture points. D28 solution fits heavy large-size frames bearing higher working load. You can select based on your typical workpiece dimension.
Yes. Matching connection kits allow several D16 modules to be combined for expanded working area. Please provide frame overall size and weight for us to evaluate splicing stability.
Support legs are fully detachable. You need to evaluate pit depth and ground load-bearing capacity before embedding installation to guarantee long-term flatness performance.
Please spread workpiece weight over multiple grid points for even load distribution. Concentrated point load shall be avoided to prevent local plane dent or hole deformation.
Keep holes clean of welding spatter and fine metal chips. Do not force over-sized pins into holes. Timely surface cleaning helps to keep smooth accessory insertion and removal.
