Q1:Can this D28 flexible welding table work with different brands of robotic welding arms? Yes. It adopts standard D28 modular hole system. As long as your robot arm has accessible working range covering the table surface, normal collaborative operation can be realized. No special adaptation transformation for the robot body is needed.
Q2:What should I do if welding spatters accumulate heavily on the table surface during robot continuous running? If you choose the nitrided surface version, spatter can be cleared conveniently without damaging the base material. Regular surface cleaning is suggested to keep hole precision and clamping smoothness.
Q3:Does the table flatness drop quickly under long-time robotic cyclic pressure? No. The whole table body is made of thick Q355 steel and processed by stress-relief treatment. Reasonable load usage will not bring fast flatness deterioration for automated production. Please follow our load limit suggestion.
Q4:Can I expand the working area by connecting multiple D28 tables for large-size robot welding workpieces? Multiple tables can be spliced together to expand working dimensions. Ensure joint flatness during installation, so your robotic welding arm can move smoothly across connected table surfaces.
