Locating pins become tight and hard to insert, what are the common causes?
Weld spatter and iron debris accumulated inside H7 holes is the main cause. Clean hole cavities thoroughly. Avoid locking clamps while table is still hot from welding, thermal expansion will jam pins.
Can the D16 table work for batch production with frequent part change‑over?
