Produced from premium HT300 grey cast iron and processed with full stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal casting stress, the tabletop undergoes precise five-sided CNC milling and reaming. Top surface plus four side walls are equipped with standard 28 mm H7 matrix locating holes at 100 mm grid spacing.

Main Features
Ribbed Underside: The bottom of the tabletop features a grid/star-shaped reinforced box structure, not a solid piece of cast iron, balancing rigidity and weight reduction. The standard side height of the D28 cast iron welding table is 200mm, with thickened ribs to prevent the tabletop from warping or twisting under heavy loads.
Stress-Relief Treatment: HT300 castings must undergo manual annealing at 600-700℃ after casting to eliminate casting stress; some high-end products also undergo vibration aging.
Machining Process: Five-sided CNC milling (top surface + 4 side surfaces); Φ28mm H7 precision reaming of matrix holes, hole spacing tolerance ±0.05mm; millimeter scale can be engraved on the side surface as needed for convenient on-site measurement and positioning.
Quality Note: Inferior manufacturers may thin the ribs; this may not be immediately noticeable, but long-term heavy loads will cause rapid flatness failure. Insufficient aging: Even with acceptable precision at the time of shipment, warping and deformation will occur slowly after 3-12 months of use, resulting in loss of flatness and rendering robotic welding unusable. HT300 has a Brinell hardness of HB170-240, ensuring wear resistance and preventing edge chipping.

Q1: What trade terms can you offer?
A1: We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP. Since cast-iron tables are heavy, please provide your destination port or full delivery address with postcode if you need DDP quotation, we will calculate local duty, tax and inland freight for you.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: MOQ is 1 piece. Both single-piece trial order and bulk project orders are acceptable.
Q3: What are your payment terms?
A3: Standard term: 30% T/T deposit upon PI confirmation, 70% balance paid before shipment. L/C at sight is negotiable for large-value orders.
Q4: What is the production lead time?
A4: Standard size without nitriding: 15-20 working days. For ion nitriding, Grade-0 high-precision or custom sizes: 22-30 working days. Nitriding will add extra 5-7 working days.
Q5: Which certificates and documents can you provide?
A5: CE certificate for EU market, factory inspection protocol (flatness, hole pitch, aperture test report), fumigation certificate for wooden packing. All documents will be provided together with shipping documents.
