Product Overview
The 20 ton self-aligning welding rotator is heavy-duty welding auxiliary equipment designed for industrial applications. It automatically centers cylindrical workpieces without manual roller distance adjustment, making it ideal for circumferential welding, polishing, and assembly of pressure vessels, storage tanks, boilers, and large-diameter pipes.
The complete set includes a driving rotator, idler rotator, and electric control cabinet. Built with high-strength welded steel frames and wear-resistant PU rollers, this equipment features variable-frequency drive for stable low-speed rotation, effectively improving circular seam welding quality and working efficiency.

What range of workpiece diameter can this set handle?
Standard applicable workpiece diameter is 500-3500 mm. Non-standard diameter ranges can be customized upon request.
Does this rotator need manual adjustment when changing different tank diameters?
No. The four-bar linkage self-centering structure automatically adjusts roller spacing for different-diameter cylinders without manual setting.
Can I add extra idler units for extra-long pressure vessels?
Yes. Additional idler roller units can be supplied to support long-length workpieces and prevent workpiece sagging.
What kind of roller options are available?
Standard roller is polyurethane PU wheel. Steel roller and rubber roller are optional for special working conditions.
