This 40-ton self-aligning welding rotator is specially optimized for on-shore wind tower segment manufacturing. With automatic centering swing-arm structure, it adapts to varying wind tower diameters without manual wheel-base adjustment. High-load PU rollers, VFD stepless speed regulation and heavy-duty welded frame guarantee stable continuous circumferential welding for wind power cylinder sections, reduce workpiece slippage and surface scratch, widely matched with SAW/MIG welding processes for wind tower mass production.
