This 20-ton self-aligning welding rotator consists of one drive frame and one idler frame. Roller groups automatically adjust angle to adapt different cylinder diameters without manual adjustment. It delivers stable, low-noise rotation for girth welding of pressure vessels, boiler barrels, large-diameter pipes and tank shells. Reserved synchronous interfaces support linkage with welding manipulators and automatic welding systems, widely adopted for heavy-duty cylinder batch fabrication.

Thick-plate welded frame offers high rigidity and heavy-load anti-deformation performance. Premium transmission and motor parts ensure low failure rate and reduce after-sales maintenance expense.
This 20-ton self-aligning rotator includes one drive and one idler frame. Its swing-type roller supports auto-adapt contact angles to match cylinder outer diameters for full-contact stable support.
