Fabricated from Q355 high-strength low-alloy steel, the tabletop undergoes CNC precision machining, stress relief aging and ion nitriding. The hardened nitrided surface greatly reduces spatter adhesion and improves wear resistance of tabletop and inner hole walls.
Standard D28 hole system (Φ28mm H7 holes, 100mm grid) supports full series D28 clamps, locating pins and angle blocks. Choose between 2D single-sided or 3D five-sided hole tables for simple plate welding or complex multi-angle fixture setup.
Ideal for small-batch flexible production and automated robotic welding stations. Custom sizes, flatness tolerances and supporting leg kits are available to match your workshop requirements.
