The Modular D16 Nitrided Welding Table is a compact, high-precision modular fixturing solution tailored for small-to-medium-sized workpiece processing. Constructed from high-strength Q355B steel, the entire working surface undergoes full nitriding treatment to deliver high surface hardness, excellent anti-spatter property and long-term wear resistance.
Adopting standard D16 hole system with 100 mm grid pitch, this welding table supports multi-direction clamping and fast jig assembly. Its bottom is built with dense cross-reinforced rib structure, effectively reducing deflection and thermal deformation during continuous welding work. Multiple tables can be spliced together via connection kits to expand working area according to production needs.
