Our Modular Nitrided D28 Welding Table is a heavy-duty 3D fixturing platform built for high-volume industrial metal fabrication. Manufactured from high-strength Q355B structural steel with full nitrided surface treatment, this D28 system delivers excellent surface hardness, anti-spatter performance, and long-term dimensional stability.
The standard 28 mm hole layout with 100 mm grid spacing supports full modular assembly. All locating holes and planes are precision machined to guarantee flatness and repeat positioning accuracy. Multiple tables can be connected together to expand working area for extra-large workpieces.
It works perfectly with complete series of standard clamps, stops, locating pins and other accessories, greatly cutting jig setup time for manual welding and robotic welding cells.
