Product Overview
The HGZ-20 Self-Aligned Welding Rotator (Turning Rolls) consists of one active roller frame and one passive roller frame. It is dedicated to supporting and rotating cylindrical workpieces during circumferential seam welding, assembly, and polishing. The self-aligning swing roller structure automatically adapts to different tank diameters without manual roller distance adjustment. Equipped with polyurethane coated rollers and frequency conversion speed control system, it achieves stable rotation and uniform weld forming. Widely adopted in pressure vessel, chemical tank, boiler, and pipeline manufacturing workshops.
