Customers can select Q355 welded steel or HT300 cast iron material, with optional five-sided 3D CNC machining and nitrided surface treatment. All blanks are processed by stress-relief to maintain stable flatness year after year.
Thanks to its modular feature, several tables can be connected to build larger working platforms and work with full-range D16 standard accessories. It is extensively applied in cabinet welding, thin-wall sheet metal fabrication, mechanical prototype testing and automated robot welding cells.
Individual welding tables can be seamlessly joined—using bolts to lock the side positioning holes—to form extra-large work surfaces (e.g., 2000×3000 mm, 2400×4800 mm, etc.)

Alignment pins must be used during assembly to ensure hole alignment between the tables; relying solely on the bolts to force the connection is not permitted

Q: Can I strike welding arc directly on the nitrided table surface?
A: Strongly not recommended. Direct arcing will burn through the nitrided hard layer and create local pits. Use an independent ground connector instead of conducting current through table holes.
Q: What inspection items are carried out before shipment?
A: Every table goes through flatness, perpendicularity, grid spacing and hole dimension inspection. Measurement reports can be provided upon customer request before delivery.
Q: How long is the expected service life of D16 welding table?
A: With proper installation and daily maintenance, table service life reaches 8-12 years. Locating pins and clamping components are wearing parts and should be replaced when obvious clearance occurs.
Q: What payment and trade terms do you support for export orders?
