This 10-ton hydraulic fit-up welding rotator is dedicated to cylinder butt joint, circular seam assembly and tack welding. Unlike standard rotators, it features independent hydraulic lifting and horizontal moving rollers for 3D workpiece fine adjustment, removing assembly gaps and edge misalignment efficiently. It cuts assembly labor and time, ensures consistent welding gaps for automatic welding. It perfectly pairs with welding manipulators.
