The ZFH1000 straight seam welding machine is professional automatic longitudinal welding equipment specially designed for cylindrical blanks, metal barrels, and flat sheet butt welding. It features a cantilever thick steel frame with stress relief treatment, equipped with pneumatic key pressing fixture and copper lining back gas protection mandrel, achieving flat, uniform longitudinal welds without secondary polishing.
This machine supports TIG argon arc, MIG, and plasma welding processes, making it suitable for thin stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum workpieces. With an effective welding length of 1000mm, it is widely used in water tank, milk can, fire extinguisher cylinder, and heat exchanger tube manufacturing.
