Working Principle
Place the formed cylinder workpiece on the machine mandrel, align weld joint in the center of key pressing area.
Start pneumatic system, key press clamps tightly fix the whole weld length to prevent thermal deformation during welding.
Set welding current, travel speed, arc delay time on PLC touch screen, store parameter group.
Servo carriage drives welding torch moving evenly along 500mm linear rail, back mandrel fills shielding gas for protection.
