The standard 100mm grid pitch with D28 holes ensures universal compatibility with industry-standard fixturing accessories. Five-sided 3D fixturing capability allows you to mount clamps, stops, and brackets on any surface, while the precision-machined grid guarantees consistent, repeatable positioning every time.

Q1: What does "deform-resistant" actually mean? How is it tested?
A: Our tables are built with 100mm thick solid steel plate, stress-relieved before machining, and reinforced with internal ribbing. Under full rated load, deflection is ≤0.05mm — effectively zero deformation for practical welding purposes. Each table is load-tested and flatness-verified before shipment.
Q2: Is the 100mm grid compatible with other brands of D28 fixtures?
A: Yes. The 100mm grid pitch and D28 hole diameter follow industry standards. Fixtures from Siegmund, Demmeler, and other major brands will work on our table. No adapters or modifications needed.
Q3: Will the table warp or deform over time from welding heat?
A: No. The stress-relieved thick steel plate and nitrided surface are designed to handle welding heat without warping. While localized heating can cause minor temporary expansion, the table returns to its original flatness once cooled.
Q4: How thick is the tabletop? Can I get a thicker plate?
A: Standard thickness is 100mm, which is sufficient for most heavy industrial applications. We can manufacture tables with 120mm, 150mm, or thicker plates for extreme heavy-duty requirements. Contact us for custom pricing.
Q5: What is stress relief, and why is it important?
A: Stress relief is a heat treatment process that removes internal stresses from the steel plate caused by rolling and cutting. Without stress relief, these internal stresses can cause the table to warp or deform over time — especially after welding heat. Our stress-relieved tables stay flat for years.
Q6: How do you guarantee flatness over time?
A: Three factors: (1) Stress-relieved steel plate — no internal stresses to cause warping. (2) Thick solid construction — rigid enough to resist deflection under load. (3) Nitrided surface — resists wear and surface degradation. We guarantee flatness within ±0.1mm/m² for 5 years.
