The table adopts Q355B low-alloy structural steel with a closed reinforced rib frame, integrated welded and then subjected to 8-12 hours of vibration aging treatment to completely release internal welding stress, avoiding warpage and deformation during long-term use. For high-precision scenarios, HT300 gray cast iron one-piece casting is optional, with better shock absorption performance and no welding stress.
Processed by 5-axis CNC gantry milling and precision CNC drilling, the 50mm hole pitch is strictly controlled within ±0.05mm, and the holes are equipped with protective countersinks to prevent wear of positioning pins. The nitrided surface forms a dense hard layer, which is resistant to high temperature, welding spatter and corrosion, and will not peel off like ordinary paint surfaces, ensuring long-term precision stability.
Unlike single-sided hole tables, our D16 welding table has dense 50mm grid holes on the top and four sides, supporting vertical, horizontal, and oblique clamping. It can extend support for oversized workpieces, avoid interference with robotic welding paths, and is suitable for various complex-shaped small parts and thin sheet metal clamping without deformation.
Standard sizes (1000×2000mm) are available from stock with a 7-15 day lead time; custom non-standard sizes, octagonal/seven-sided tables, and thickened heavy-duty welded tables require 15-40 days. We support FOB (domestic ports), CIF (overseas ports), EXW, and DDP (door-to-door) trade terms.
Domestic D16 50mm grid models feature ±0.05mm tolerance, whereas comparable imported brands typically offer ±0.08mm.
Features a 0.25-0.35mm nitrided layer (compared to 0.15-0.2mm for most imports), resulting in double the wear resistance and service life.
Adheres to the global D16 standard; accessories are compatible with European and American pins and clamps, allowing customers to reuse existing equipment.
