Fully 5-sided locating holes support 3-dimensional positioning for complex tube frames. Q355 Steel Welding Table: Welded steel plate blank undergoes integral high-temperature stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal welding stresses and prevent warping or deformation during subsequent use.
HT300 Cast Iron Welding Table: Produced via resin-sand casting, the table undergoes high-temperature aging followed by secondary natural aging to release casting stresses; inferior manufacturers skip the aging process, leading to a loss of flatness after just a few months of use.
Precision Machining via 5-Sided CNC Gantry Milling
Machining covers the top surface and all four sides; hole diameter is Φ16 with D10 tolerance; adjacent hole spacing is 50 mm with a tolerance of ±0.05 mm (no cumulative error); surface flatness is ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm; perpendicularity between working surfaces is ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm, ensuring accurate X-Y-Z 3D positioning.
Plasma/Gas Nitriding Surface Treatment
Working surfaces and positioning holes undergo nitriding (hardness HV550-850); nitrided layer depth is approximately 0.25-0.35 mm; provides resistance to weld spatter adhesion, wear, and rust; weld spatter can be easily tapped off, and positioning pins are unlikely to seize. The underside is shot-blasted and painted for rust protection but is not nitrided.
Low-quality products are merely painted without nitriding; hole dimensions quickly wear and enlarge, causing fixture instability and positioning failure.

Q1: What is your MOQ for the D16 flexible welding table?
A: MOQ is 1 unit for standard sizes. Custom-dimension tabletops are also acceptable for single-piece orders. Mixed orders with D16 fixture kits are welcome.
Q2: What is your production lead-time?
A: Standard D16 welding tables: 15-20 working days. Custom-size or cast-iron versions require 25-35 working days. Lead-time will be confirmed formally on proforma invoice.
Q3: How do you pack the welding tables for export shipment?
A: Tabletop is packed in heavy-duty fumigated export wooden crate. Fixture kits are packed in plywood boxes. Anti-collision protection is applied on all machined edges. Suitable for sea freight, LCL and FCL container shipment.
Q4: What trade terms can you offer?
A: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP terms. We can cooperate with your nominated forwarder or use our regular logistics partner for door-to-door delivery.
Q5: Can you provide pre-shipment inspection?
A: Yes. Full dimensional inspection report including flatness, hole-pitch tolerance and nitriding hardness test report can be offered. Third-party inspection is acceptable upon buyer's request.
Q6: What is your warranty policy?
A: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding wear parts, improper operation and welding spatter damage. We provide remote technical support for fixture layout and table maintenance. Spare accessories can be supplied at factory cost after warranty period.
