Product Overview
This heavy-duty self-aligning welding rotator is developed for girth welding of medium-large cylindrical workpieces. Adopting swing-arm auto-centering roller structure, it automatically adapts to various cylinder diameters without manual spacing adjustment. With VFD stepless speed control, it achieves smooth rotation under full-load 20-ton working condition. Ideal for mixed-batch production with frequently changed workpiece sizes, widely used in tank workshops, pressure-vessel factories and metal fabrication plants.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Structural Forming Process: Thick steel plate blanking, integral frame welding and stress-relief annealing. Eliminate internal stress to prevent frame deformation under 20-ton heavy-load operation.
Precision Component Assembly: Core transmission parts are precision-machined under strict tolerance. Motors, reducers and self-aligning roller groups are assembled, calibrated and debugged one-by-one.
Multi-level Performance Test: Complete electrical wiring and system commissioning. Each machine passes no-load running test and simulated heavy-load test, verifying rotation smoothness, auto-centering performance and safety functions.
