The top surface and four vertical sides of the D16 welding table feature a standard 50×50mm grid of holes:
All positioning holes are precision-bored in a single CNC operation, ensuring minimal spacing tolerance between holes
D16 positioning pins are inserted into the grid holes, allowing workpieces, squares, stops, and clamps to be mounted directly against these positions
Offers high repeatability in positioning; the same tooling setup can be quickly dismantled and replicated, making it ideal for small-batch, high-variety production and robotic welding stations

Common Fault Symptoms and Causes
Wobbling or inaccurate positioning after clamping: Hole clogged with metal chips / Worn positioning pins / Loose support legs or uneven floor
Localized rusting on the welding table surface: Nitrided layer damaged by grinding or impact; this must be avoided
Permanent table warping: Lack of aging treatment / Prolonged excessive heavy loading / Prolonged localized high-temperature welding
Note: Welding causes instantaneous thermal expansion followed by contraction during cooling; if the surface fails to return to its original flatness after cooling, it indicates that the base plate has undergone permanent plastic deformation.
