The 100x100 Standard Grid D28 Construction Machinery Welding Table is a professional heavy-duty 3D flexible welding table customized for the construction machinery industry. Different from light-duty D16 tables and diagonal grid tables, this D28 straight grid platform focuses on heavy load, high precision, strong stability, and mass production compatibility.
Adopting a 100mm×100mm standard straight grid and Φ28mm standard positioning holes, the table realizes millimeter-level rapid positioning. The five-sided full-hole structure allows multi-angle clamping and three-dimensional assembly, completely solving the problems of long cycle, poor versatility, and easy deformation of traditional fixed welding jigs.

Integral resin sand casting, high-temperature stress relief annealing and long-term natural aging treatment, completely eliminating internal stress. It has excellent shock absorption, thermal stability, and anti-deformation ability, not easy to deform under long-term welding high temperature and vibration. The surface is integrally nitrided, with strong wear resistance and non-stick welding slag, suitable for 24-hour batch production of construction machinery workshops.
Adopts thickened Q355 steel plate integral welding and overall CNC finishing, with stronger impact resistance and extreme rigidity. It is the best choice for super-large mechanical frames, thick steel plate structural parts, and frequent hoisting working scenarios.
Five-sided integral ion nitriding treatment, no paint coating. The hardened layer is dense and uniform, which can resist high-temperature welding spatter, prevent oxidation and rust, avoid scratches caused by frequent clamping and workpiece dragging, and keep the table precision stable for more than 10 years.
A: Uniform load: 2-10 tons/㎡. It firmly fixes thick steel plates for excavators, loaders and crane frames without hole deformation or shaking.
A: We adopt five-sided integral ion nitriding with 0.12-0.18mm hardened layer. The surface is slag-resistant, scratch-proof and high-temperature resistant. No paint peeling, no rust, and keeps precision stable for 8-12 years.
