Manufactured with strict stress relief and CNC precision machining, the table maintains reliable flatness and positioning consistency for manual welding and robotic welding stations. Choose Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron structure with optional nitrided surface to resist welding spatter, abrasion and corrosion, ideal for heavy structural parts, vehicle frames and large metal assemblies.

Traditional welding: Each workpiece requires a separate cutting and welding of a fixed fixture, resulting in high costs and difficulties in modification.
D28 Grid Welding Table Solution:
  • Insert clamping pins, positioning squares, support blocks, and quick clamps into the platform's circular holes
  • Freely arrange and assemble the fixtures according to the workpiece dimensions
  • After welding, all fixtures are removed and reused

Precautions for Use
  • Avoid prolonged, continuous high-current spot welding directly on the worktable to prevent localized high-temperature deformation
  • Clean weld slag promptly; do not use heavy chisels to violently strike the work surface
  • Apply anti-rust oil when not in use for extended periods, and plug the positioning holes with dust plugs
  • After installation, the welding table must be leveled using a spirit level; otherwise, prolonged stress will distort the reference datum
  • Do not overload or concentrate heavy pressure on a single point; distribute the load as much as possible
