The D16 3D Modular Welding Table with Telescoping Legs and Height Adjustment is a multi-purpose modular fixturing solution designed to eliminate expensive custom-built jigs for welding and assembly work. Equipped with D16 standard Φ16 mm locating holes on five table surfaces at 50×50 mm grid pitch, it supports multi-angle clamping from X, Y and Z axes.
Heavy-duty telescoping legs deliver practical height adjustment, allowing quick setup for manual welding tasks as well as collaborative robot welding workflows. Choose plasma-nitrided Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron tabletop for stable flatness, strong spatter resistance and long-term workshop durability. Perfect for job shops, sheet-metal workshops and low-to-medium volume production lines.

FAQ
Q: Can I add casters for workshop movement?
A: Optional lifting brake casters can be fitted onto telescoping legs. Casters will lift off ground during welding operation to guarantee stable support.
Q: How should I do grounding for welding?
A: The table is built with dedicated grounding terminal. Connect welding earth cable directly to this terminal. Never let welding current pass through telescoping sleeve structure, otherwise internal sleeve will be burned and damaged.
Q: What maintenance work is required?
A: Clean welding spatter from holes after use. Check leg locking bolts periodically. Re-check table flatness and re-level legs every 3-6 months. Do not grind away the nitrided surface layer.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Standard sizes 15-25 working days. Custom large-size tables need longer production lead-time. Please contact our sales for exact schedule.
