Usage Restrictions
Do not perform flame cutting directly on the table surface. The high localized heat from oxy-fuel cutting damages the nitrided layer and causes localized thermal deformation, permanently compromising flatness. If cutting is necessary, a steel plate must be placed underneath as a protective barrier.
Do not allow heavy objects to strike the table edges or corners from a height. While the nitrided layer is hard, it is also brittle; severe impact can cause the surface to crack or chip.
Do not use an angle grinder to grind large areas of the working surface. Grinding removes the hardened nitrided layer, resulting in a localized loss of wear and rust resistance.
When performing continuous, prolonged high-temperature welding, it is recommended to distribute the welding points. Sustained localized high heat accelerates long-term deformation; however, cast iron welding tables offer better thermal cycling performance than steel welding tables.

Q: Can multiple tables be connected together for extra large workpieces?
A: Sure. Special splicing pins connect tables tightly and keep continuous flatness for large fabrication projects.
Q: What payment terms can you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C. Normally 30% deposit, balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Standard size D28 welding tables: 15-25 working days. Custom sizes require extra time, we will confirm schedule formally in PI.
Q: How do you pack the tables for sea shipment?
A: Packed in fumigated wooden cases for ocean transport. Corners protected to avoid impact damage during transit.
Q: Are support legs and clamping accessories included in table price?
A: Tabletop price does NOT include support legs and fixtures. We can offer matched D28 accessory packages as a full set quotation if you need.
Q: Can you accept customized sizes?
A: Yes. Apart from standard sizes listed, we produce non-standard dimensions according to your drawings.
Q: Do you have any warranty for the welding table?
A: We provide 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper operation, impact or flame cutting is not covered.
