Core Functions and Advantages
Flexible Modular Tooling System - Equipped with a complete set of standard accessories (locating pins, quick clamps, angle blocks, supports, and extension supports), tooling can be quickly switched between different workpieces, significantly reducing tooling manufacturing costs for small-batch, multi-variety production.
Three-Dimensional Clamping - D28 holes are evenly distributed on the top surface and four side walls, enabling horizontal, vertical, and 45° multi-angle fixation, suitable for frames, trusses, and engineering machinery structural components.
Heavy-Duty Positioning Stability - Compared to the smaller D16 system welding table, the D28 welding table bolts and locating pins have a larger cross-sectional area, resulting in stronger clamping force, and are specifically designed for large and medium-sized heavy steel structures.
Unlimited Assembly Capability - Multiple platforms can be combined using connecting pins to form an ultra-large welding working surface.
Strengthened Support System
Box-shaped cavity structure at the bottom of the tabletop: Not a single-layer steel plate, but a closed box structure with densely welded longitudinal and transverse reinforcing ribs, and localized triangular reinforcement; preventing surface denting under heavy loads and permanent warping caused by long-term high-temperature welding.
Reinforced leg connection nodes: Thickened triangular connecting plates are added at the joints between the legs and the base plate to distribute the load and eliminate table wobbling and resonance.

Warranty Policy
We provide 12-month warranty for all D28 modular welding tables starting from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in structure, machining accuracy and processing. Warranty excludes damage caused by improper operation, overload impact, high-temperature cutting, man-made collision, normal wear of working surface and accessories.
