Our 40-ton self-aligning welding rotator is professional heavy-duty welding auxiliary equipment, specially developed for circumferential seam welding of tanks, pressure vessels, boilers, pipes and other cylindrical workpieces.
The roller groups can automatically adjust the angle according to the diameter of the workpiece, requiring no manual adjustment. Equipped with VFD speed control system, it realizes stable stepless speed regulation of workpiece rotation, greatly improves welding quality and working efficiency. Widely used in petrochemical, new-energy, boiler manufacturing and metal processing industries.

A: No. This is self-aligning type. The rollers will automatically adjust the angle to adapt to different diameters, no manual adjustment required.
A: Rated loading capacity is 40 tons. Under evenly-placed workpiece condition, it can bear 40-ton workpiece for long-time working. Overload operation is forbidden.
A: Standard is anti-wear rubber roller to avoid scratching workpiece surface. Steel roller is optional for high-temperature or sharp-edge workpieces.
