The D28 Fixture Welding Platform is a professional-grade 3D modular clamping system designed for high precision metal fabrication. Featuring a 28mm hole system on a 100mm grid pattern, the D28 platform supports five-sided fixturing for complex three-dimensional workpiece positioning. It replaces traditional custom jigs and fixtures with a flexible, reusable solution that drastically reduces setup time, improves welding accuracy, and minimizes workpiece deformation. Suitable for both custom job shops and high-volume production lines, this welding platform adapts to a wide range of fabrication projects with ease.
The nitrided tabletop effectively resists welding spatter and corrosion, maintaining stable flatness over years of heavy use. Weld spatter does not stick to the hardened surface, making cleanup fast and simple while reducing long-term maintenance costs.
The 28mm hole system on a 100mm grid is the industry standard for heavy-duty welding. A full range of interchangeable fixtures enables quick reconfiguration for different welding workpieces, eliminating the need for custom-built jigs for every new project.
