10 Ton Self-Aligning Welding Rotator is automatic rotary supporting equipment specially developed for frequent mixed production of cylindrical workpieces. It consists of driving unit and idler unit. Unique swing arm self-aligning mechanism enables rollers to automatically adapt to different cylinder diameters without manual adjustment. Ideal for circumferential welding, assembly and lining work of stainless steel tanks, medium pressure vessels and pipelines. Equipped with VFD speed regulation and wear-resistant PU rollers, greatly shorten workpiece replacement setup time for metal fabrication workshops.
Standard Operating Flow
Place driving unit and idler unit on flat ground, align two units on one central axis.
Hoist cylindrical workpiece and lower steadily onto roller assemblies.
The swing arm mechanism automatically adjusts roller angle to fit workpiece diameter, no manual operation required.
Set suitable rotating speed via VFD control cabinet according to welding technological requirements.
Start equipment; rollers drive workpiece to rotate at uniform constant linear velocity.
Complete continuous circumferential welding during stable rotation.
Shut down after processing finished, safely lift and unload finished workpiece.
