Style D28 3D Welding Table for Large Welded Constructions
The Style D28 3D Welding Table is a heavy-duty modular fixturing system specially designed for the production of large and heavy welded structures. Built with standard Φ28mm hole system on a 100×100mm grid and five fully machined working surfaces, it supports flexible clamping and positioning in X, Y and Z axes.
Constructed from high-strength Q355 steel and treated with plasma nitriding, this welding table features superior rigidity, high load capacity and reliable long-term precision. It can be freely spliced to form ultra-large working surfaces, perfectly meeting the fabrication demands of chassis, machinery booms and large steel frames, ideal for both manual welding stations and automated robotic welding lines.

Five-Sided Usability - The four side faces also feature D28 holes, allowing for lateral extensions to support and secure extra-long workpieces--perfectly suited for the assembly of large-scale components.

Support Leg System (Optional Configuration)
Fixed legs: Standard height of 620 mm, rated load capacity of 2 tons per leg; equipped with leveling feet (adjustment range: ±50 mm) for floor leveling.
Height-adjustable legs: Adjustable range of 750-920 mm to accommodate operators of different heights.
Mobile caster assembly: Casters combined with lockable support feet; retract the feet when moving, and lower them to bear the load during stationary machining; ideal for frequent workpiece transport within the workshop.
Important Note: For extra-large platforms (3000×2000, 4000×2000), relying on casters for long-term load-bearing is not recommended; heavy loads must be supported by the feet resting on the floor.
Routine Maintenance Manual
Daily after-work routine: Clean away welding slag and metal debris; do not allow slag to cool and adhere inside the tabletop holes.
Weekly: Clean all positioning holes and apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil.
Long-term storage: Cover with a rainproof and dustproof sheet; store indoors.
Surface protection: Do not use an angle grinder for large-area grinding on nitrided welding table, as this will damage the hardened surface layer.
Precision verification: Periodically verify flatness using a level; if precision declines, the unit can be returned to the factory for regrinding and restoration.
