Routine Maintenance: Clean welding slag with a wire brush; do not grind the work surface with a large abrasive wheel to prevent damage to the nitrided hardened layer and flatness accuracy; regularly check the level of the feet.
Service Life under Normal Working Conditions: A properly nitrided welding table can maintain its reference accuracy for 8-12 years of stable use.

Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: 12-24 months warranty for the tabletop frame. Clamps, pins and other wearing parts carry 6-12 months warranty. Damage caused by improper operation is excluded.
Q: What packaging do you use for sea export?
A: Standard export fumigated wooden case or steel frame packaging. Accessories are packed separately to prevent loss during long ocean transit.
Q: Is anti-spatter coating necessary to use on the tabletop?
A: Not mandatory, but highly recommended. Anti-spatter liquid reduces slag adhesion, makes daily cleaning easier and protects the nitrided surface.
