Optimal thickness range: 1-10 mm (cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets); capable of handling thin-gauge structural components up to 12 mm.

The D16 system features a 50mm hole spacing—offering more clamping points than the D28 (100mm) system. This ensures secure fixation for 1-6mm stainless steel and cold-rolled sheet metal during spot or continuous welding, effectively counteracting thermal stress to prevent buckling (wavy deformation) and dimensional deviation.
The 2D welding table assembly is significantly lighter than heavy-duty 3D/D28 welding tables, allowing for flexible repositioning within the workshop. It is perfectly suited for the batch processing of small components such as chassis, cabinets, decorative sheet metal, thin-walled housings for new energy vehicles, and medical device parts.
Utilizes universal D16 standard accessories—including quick-locking pins, vertical clamps, angle supports, height blocks, and positioning stops. No mold creation is required for any sheet metal design; tooling can be set up in just 10 minutes. Switching production models requires no new jigs, drastically reducing prototyping and changeover times.
Ideal for sheets with high surface quality requirements (such as powder-coated or brushed stainless steel). The smooth, hard nitrided layer allows for easy spatter removal and prevents scratching of painted or bare metal surfaces, thereby reducing the need for rework or grinding.
