D28 uses 28mm holes with 100×100mm grid. Designed for heavy-duty welding - higher load capacity (5 tons/m²) and better rigidity for thick plates and large workpieces.
2. Can you customize non-standard sizes or hole patterns?
Yes. Custom table sizes, hole layouts, and surface treatments are available. Send your drawings or specs, and our engineering team will design accordingly.
3. What accessories are compatible?
Full range of D28-standard accessories: clamps, V-blocks, supports, locating pins, angle plates, and adjustable brackets. All interchangeable with no special tools required.
4. How to maintain flatness over long-term use?
Stress-relieved ductile iron with HB 180-220 hardness. Keep clean, avoid local overloading. Re-machining service is available to restore precision if needed.
5. What is lead time and packaging?
Standard lead time: 15-30 working days. Packed in heavy wooden crates with anti-rust oil, VCI paper, and foam padding. Sea/air/courier shipping with full customs documentation.
