The 3-ton adjustable welding turning rolls consist of driving unit and idler unit. The roller center distance can be manually adjusted by screw mechanism to fit cylindrical workpieces of various diameters. Equipped with VFD stepless speed regulation, it delivers stable rotation for girth welding of tanks, pipes and cylindrical parts. PU rollers prevent scratches on workpiece surface, widely adopted in small & medium metal fabrication workshops.
