HGZ-30 30Ton Self-Aligning Welding Rotator is a heavy-duty welding auxiliary equipment designed for large cylindrical workpieces, featuring one driving frame plus one idler frame configuration. It automatically adjusts roller swing angle to center different-size cylinders without manual spacing adjustment. With VFD variable speed system, it ensures smooth operation for girth and longitudinal welding of boilers, pressure vessels, and storage tanks. Three optional rollers accommodate welding, surfacing, and polishing work, easily combining with welding manipulators and automatic welders for complete automated welding lines.
