1. Load Capacity Limitation
Never overload the 40-ton rated load. Overload operation causes frame deformation, roller and transmission damage.
2. Workpiece Placement Requirements
Place workpieces centrally and evenly to balance roller stress, avoiding eccentricity, slipping and abnormal vibration.
3. Strict Working Environment
Use in dry and ventilated workshops. Keep away from corrosion, heavy dust and high temperature. Clean rollers regularly to avoid jamming.
4. Standard Power Operation
Operate with standard voltage and professional wiring. Cut off power completely before maintenance to prevent electric leakage.
5. Running Inspection & Maintenance
Check equipment status before startup. Lubricate transmission parts regularly, fasten bolts and replace worn parts. Avoid sudden start/stop.
