Common Faults & Troubleshooting
Workpiece slipping while rotating: Clean welding slag & oil on tank surface, readjust roller spacing; replace worn rubber rollers.
Machine severe vibration: Place machine on flat solid ground, forbid over 10 ton overload, fasten all frame bolts, add balance support for eccentric vessels.
Rollers cannot rotate after startup: Check emergency stop button, reset inverter parameters, inspect loose motor cables, unload overweight workpiece then restart.
Unstable jumping rotation speed: Check unstable industrial power supply, reinsert pendant control plug, replace aging composite rollers.
Abnormal noise from motor & reducer: Supplement gear lubricating oil regularly, clean foreign debris inside bearings, replace damaged bearing assembly.
