Featuring a universal Φ16 mm hole system with dense 50×50 mm grid and five-sided CNC-machined working faces, it enables flexible X/Y/Z three-dimensional fixturing. Plasma nitriding surface treatment delivers superior anti-spatter, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion performance. Key Features
Standard D16 Hole System

Φ16 mm locating holes arranged in dense 50×50 mm orthogonal grid, hole-center tolerance ±0.05 mm. Fully compatible with universal D16 modular fixturing components.

3D Five-Sided CNC-Machined Structure

Top surface plus four vertical sides are precisely milled. Supports multi-angle, three-dimensional clamping for irregular, tubular and small-complex workpieces.

Light-Duty Stable Construction

Optimized lightweight reinforced structure. 3D Welding Table standard load-bearing capacity up to 1 t/m², stable under regular industrial working loads.

Strict Precision Control & Quality Inspection

Flatness ≤0.1 mm/m, perpendicularity ≤0.05 mm/200 mm. Each D16 welding table is inspected with professional measuring equipment; inspection reports can be provided upon request.

User-Centered Safety & Practical Design

Reserved grounding terminal for welding safety; all sharp edges chamfered. Optional adjustable leveling feet, brake casters, forklift pockets and lifting lugs.
