Product Overview
The 10 Ton Self-Aligning Welding Rotator is specially designed for circumferential seam welding of cylindrical workpieces like tanks, pressure vessels and pipes. Featuring automatic centering rollers, it can adapt to different cylinder diameters without manual adjustment. Equipped with VFD speed control and anti-creep device, the machine ensures steady rotation and prevents workpiece axial drifting. Adopting thickened steel frame and high-performance PU/steel rollers, this rotator greatly improves welding efficiency and reduces labor cost. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, boiler and steel structure industries.
