Our D16 precision welding table delivers compact modular fixturing for frame metal fabrication projects. Built on the D16 hole grid system with 50mm by 50mm hole spacing, this work platform offers high positioning accuracy for thin wall frames, small chassis and lightweight metal assemblies.
The table plate undergoes full stress relief treatment to eliminate internal residual stress and maintain consistent flatness under repeated clamping and welding heat. Operators can quickly arrange positioning stops, angle brackets and clamps on the grid without manufacturing custom jigs for each new frame design.
Its smaller hole layout makes it ideal for intricate frame profiles and tight tolerance assembly work. The platform supports flexible reconfiguration to adapt to different frame sizes and geometries, cutting preparation time and lowering fixture investment for frame fabricators.
