Product Introduction
The 800mm longitudinal straight seam welding machine is a specialized automatic welding equipment designed for cylindrical workpiece longitudinal seams. It features PLC and touch screen control systems to achieve stable, continuous straight seam welding. The machine securely holds sheets and drives the welding torch in linear motion at adjustable speeds. Widely used for stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy sheet welding to produce barrels, tanks, pipes, and housings. Compatible with TIG, MIG, and Plasma welding processes. Standard model offers 800mm effective welding length with customizable welding stroke and fixtures. Every machine undergoes full testing before delivery.

Working Principle
Flat metal sheets are rolled into cylindrical shapes and positioned on the fixture. The pneumatic clamping system securely locks the workpiece. Operators set welding speed, current, and other parameters via the touch screen. The welding torch moves automatically along the straight rail to complete the longitudinal seam in one continuous pass. Uniform heat input minimizes workpiece deformation and ensures airtight, high-quality weld seams.
