This deep drawing quality 430 stainless steel coil is specifically formulated for the production of washing machine drums, inner tubs, and spin baskets where single blanks must be drawn into deep cylindrical forms without tearing, orange peel, or surface defects. The 430 ferritic grade combines moderate strength with excellent elongation, enabling the deep progressive drawing operations used by home appliance manufacturers to produce seamless drum bodies with consistent wall thickness.
A fine grain annealed microstructure, achieved through tightly controlled cold rolling and batch annealing, provides the uniform plastic flow required by deep draw tooling. The material's resistance to detergent chemicals, fabric softeners, and humid laundry environments makes 430 the preferred economical grade for drum and tub applications across the white goods industry.

This deep drawing 430 coil is engineered for washing machine drum blanks, inner tub bodies, spin baskets, pulsator plates, and dryer drums used in front load and top load laundry machines. It also serves dishwasher inner liners, microwave oven cavities, refrigerator evaporator plates, and other white goods components that require deep forming combined with corrosion resistance.
Each coil is protected with anti-rust oil, wrapped in waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, secured with steel strapping, and packed on fumigated wooden pallets suitable for container shipment. Every delivery includes Mill Test Certificate, dimensional report, and surface inspection record, with ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance throughout production. Third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged at the mill before loading.
