Formulated for hygiene critical environments, this food grade cold rolled stainless steel coil is produced from 304 and 304L austenitic grades with a uniform 2B finish that resists staining, odor retention and bacterial adhesion. The low carbon 304L chemistry improves weldability and minimizes carbide precipitation, so fabricated tanks, tables and process lines hold their corrosion resistance even after welding. The bright, non porous surface cleans easily and satisfies the surface roughness expectations of food, beverage and pharmaceutical buyers. Every coil is inspected for surface defects, flatness and mechanical properties, with full chemistry and compliance documentation available on request.

Low Carbon 304L Weldability: Reduced carbon content limits carbide precipitation, preserving corrosion resistance in welded tank and pipeline fabrication.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: 18 percent chromium and 8 percent nickel deliver PREN around 18 to 20 for dependable service in humid, acidic and salty settings.
Hygienic Smooth Surface: The 2B finish is easy to clean and discourages product residue and bacterial growth on kitchen and processing equipment.
Consistent Fabrication: Stable mechanical properties support bending, deep drawing, welding and polishing during appliance manufacturing.
